iCom Data Services provides operators the option to provide rates according to specific bilateral or multilateral agreements, along with Inter Operator Tariffs (IOT). In addition, this solution allows more complex rate-adjustment functions, based on a variety of flexible, configurable parameters. 

The optional rating solutions assist in revenue assurance, providing the ability to allow critical IOT information to be fully managed, stored and integrated into the validation and rating processes. This increases an operator’s ability to maximize revenues by rating or correcting data before it is passed on. It is based on individual Annex AA.14 to the international roaming agreement standards.

IOT Check Services

• Aimed at operators which have recognized that correctly-charged tariffs are of great importance – both to their own business performance and to the overall quality of service experienced by the subscriber
• Offers possibility to validate the charges in TAP files against the IOT set by the VPMN operators in its roaming agreement with the HPMN operator
• Covers the areas of tariff modeling, number formatting, handling of short codes, rating and treatment of IOT errors
• Client acquires the ability to validate the charges for incoming and outgoing traffic, together with detailed reporting capability and flexible error handling
• Essential service for a client acting as HPMN operator because it makes sure that only correct  amounts are forwarded to the client  and ultimately, to the mobile subscriber
• IOT Reports are sent to client for the identified incorrect charges in the TAP files
